Hi, I'm Sheetal. My writing journey began many years ago while working in schools, where I crafted pieces for various writing projects! I then channelled my passion into blogging which led to opportunities for published work. I have contributed articles to Nexus Education, RISE Magazine and in summer 2022, I wrote a piece for Women's Ed International Women's Day focusing on the theme: 'Break the Bias.' 

In summer 2024, I released 'Trapped in Education,' where I share my twenty year teaching journey that led to burnout, post-traumatic stress disorder, dissociation and depression. I'm here to raise awareness of my story and how I recovered through therapy, spiritual healing, an encounter with a medium and reframing my brain through hypnotherapy.

I am a modern Indian woman raising awareness and fighting for mental health, race and gender equality. You can find some of my writing at Nexus Education.
